New Bannock & Banter presentation series kicking off November 25th Please join us for the first event in our new virtual connect series Bannock & Banter. In this first Bannock & Banter, Kinwa Bluesky, Senior Manager, Indigenous Initiatives, and HELP’ers will be chatting about how the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of the Child, in conjunction with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, can provide a framework for ongoing reconciliation and support our collective efforts to decolonize and empower Indigenous communities, families, and children. Throughout the series, Kinwa will share with the audience an understanding of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Calls to Action, and Calls for Justice and how they can influence the work of HELP moving forward.

The kitchen table styled conversations will be livestreamed via Facebook. Please register for the November 25th event HERE. Livestreaming instructions will be sent closer to the date.

Join us with bannock and tea in hand! Tried and true recipes to follow.
